みなさん、こんにちは。
Publish112が全シャードで稼動し、新しいメンバーも加わりました。 Napaの HendrixとSonomaのRawiyaの2人の新EMをご紹介します。 また、新しいGMも加わりました。
Ultima Onlineの制作が25周年を迎えるにあたり、チームはUltima Onlineのリリースに向けて懸命に取り組んでいます。New Legacyのリリースに向けた準備や、新しいコンテンツの制作に取り組んでいます。 皆さんも『New Legacy』の内容を知りたいと思っていることでしょう。 ゲームの世界観、スキル進行、資源獲得、アイテム作成、ギルド&ソーシャル、PvP戦闘など、シャードの柱を完成させることに重点を置いており、これらがNew Legacyの体験の柱となっています。 昨年はゲームの世界観とスキル進行に取り組みましたが、今年は資源獲得と生産に焦点を当て、ギルドとソーシャルとPvPに移行しています。 New Legacyの詳細については、下記をご覧ください。 また、今月は春のイベントシリーズがスタートします。 ダンジョンの探索、クエストの達成、報酬の獲得など、イベントが盛りだくさんです。
また、いくつかのライブの問題にも触れたいと思います。 複数のシャードで、Trinsic郊外の橋の上に置かれた家がいくつか発見されました。 もし、あなたの家が橋の上にあり、プレイヤーが橋を渡るのを邪魔している場合、あなたの家を移動するようお願いしました。 このような事態が二度と起こらないよう、修正を行いました。 もし、下の黄色いエリアに家がある場合、家のサイズを変更することはできず、変更しようとすると、家の区画を失うことになります。 もし、移動を妨害し、家の移動を拒否した場合、私はその家を削除します。
私たちはHotmailアカウントからのメールを受信できないように制限されていることを、皆さんに理解していただく必要があります。 もし、そのようなメールから私たちにメールを送っているのであれば、私たちはあなたを無視しているわけではなく、そのようなメールを受け取っていないことを理解してください。お手数ですが、メールを変更し、再度メールをお送りください。

資源とクラフト(アイテム作成)
New Legacyの設計目標のひとつは、ゲーム世界との対話に伴う退屈さを可能な限り取り除くことです。 資源の入手や保管のために、リソースパックを導入することになりました。 これは銀行のようなものですが、アイテムの作成に使う材料のためのものだと考えてください。そして何より、どこからでもアクセスできるのが魅力です(魔法って素敵ですよね)。 Lumberjacking & Miningでは、さらに一歩踏み込みたいと考えました。 UO:NLSでは、木材と金属がある限り、あなたのキャラクターは途切れることのない木材と金属を収穫することができます。 マクロや無限のクリックは必要なく、ただセットすればいいだけです。(Britannian Guild of Healersは、無人の資源採取は健康に悪い影響を及ぼすと警告しています)。
アイテムの作成に関しても、同じようなアプローチをとっています。 アイテム作成の失敗という概念をなくしたのです。 UO:NLSでは、キャラクターのアイテム作成スキルに基づいて、やるかやらないかのどちらかです。 低スキルの職人は、製品を作るために少し余分な時間と材料を費やす必要がありますが、最低限必要なスキルを満たしている限り、アイテムを作成を行うことができます。

可能です。食虫植物はカッコイイですね!
装備できる 楽器 はどうですか?
このアイデアを実現するためには、最適な実装を考えなければなりません。 リュートで頭を叩くのか? ハープでバシバシ? ドラムのスティックでつつく? 武器としての楽器は難しいかもしれませんが、箙(えびら)のように背中にぶら下げて使うアクセサリーなら、うまくいくかもしれません。 ご期待ください!

Greetings Everyone,
So far this has been a busy start to 2022 for the Ultima Online team – Publish 112 is live on all shards and we have welcomed some new members to the team. I am pleased to introduce our two newest EMs, Hendrix on Napa and Rawiya on Sonoma. We also have a new GM, please help me in welcoming Marino to the team!
As Ultima Online moves towards its 25th year in production the team is hard at work preparing for the release of Ultima Online: New Legacy and building new content for production as well. We know you guys are excited to learn more about what New Legacy has to offer. Our focus has been been on finishing the pillars of the shard – The Game World, Skill Progression, Resource Acquisition, Crafting, Guild & Social, and PvP combat all forming the pillars of the New Legacy experience. Coupled with our work on The Game World & Skill Progression last year, our focus this year has been on wrapping up Resource Acquisition & Crafting before moving on to the Guild & Social & PvP side of things. You can check out more info on New Legacy below! This month we will also be kicking off our spring event series. With dungeons to explore, quests to be completed, rewards to plunder this is one you are definitely not going to watch fly by – so check out below for some sneak peeks and tips to maximize your time in Spring Fever & Wrath of the Fey.
I also want to address some live issues. We discovered several houses on multiple shards that were placed on top of the bridge outside of Trinsic. If your house was private and blocking the bridge stopping players from proceeding across you were asked to move your house. Please know that we put in a fix for this so it can not happen again. If you have a house in the yellow area below you will not be allowed to resize your house, if you try you will lose the house plot. If you are blocking movement and refuse to move your house then I will be deleting the house.I need to make sure everyone understands we have a restriction and can not receive emails that come from a hotmail account. If you are emailing us from that type of email please understand we are not ignoring you, we are not getting those emails. Please change your email and email us back.
Something else I need to speak to you guys about is conduct regarding our GMs and EMs. They are not there to take abuse from players. Please try to remember you will get much further if you are a bit calmer and talk to us not YELL at us. If anyone feels you have been mistreated please feel free to contact me and I will investigate it.

New Legacy
The Game World
Where blade & bow meet spell & song. Britannia. Our home away from home. Making Britannia feel alive and immersive is one of our biggest goals in UO:NLS. Focusing on this we expand some higher level systems to bring the world to life and make sure players have enough toys in the sandbox. Do you have a green thumb? Let your legacy be your winning watermelon in the Pan-Britannia Fair! Do you fancy yourself the fastest rider in the realm? Take home gold in the Trinsic Derby! Every Britannian knows life is about looking forward to those defining moments. The Britannian Calendar is your guide to making the most of your legacy. Fortunately Britannia time passes much faster than Earth time, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities each season to participate and build your legacy whether you are an early pioneer or a later settler!
Resources & Crafting
One of our primary design goals with New Legacy is to remove the tedium associated with interacting with the game world as much as possible. For getting and storing resources this meant introducing the Resource Pack. Think of this like your bank, but for ingredients used in crafting – and the best part? You can access it anywhere (isn’t magic cool?). For Lumberjacking & Mining we wanted to take it a step further. In UO:NLS your character will seamlessly harvest wood and metal so long as there is wood and metal to be had. No need for macros or endless clicks – just set it and forget it! (Well not really, the Britannian Guild of Healers warns unattended resource harvesting can have deleterious impacts on one’s health).
When it comes to crafting we take a similar approach. We remove the concept of crafting failure. In UO:NLS, based on a character’s crafting skill they either do or do not – there is no try. Lower skilled crafters will need to spend a little extra time and materials on creating their wares, but so long as they meet the minimum required skills craft away!

Do you have plans to add a new dungeon to production?
While we have no immediate plans for additional dungeons, we have some great events coming to a dungeon near you! Check out “Spring Fever” above!
What’s up with the unused areas west of the Royal City in Ter Mur?
Sounds like a great setting for a future event…let’s see…death, destruction, chaos, and some phat loot?
Can we get customizable castles on production?
Sorry guys! The answer is still no.
Is it possible to add a smaller venus fly trap style trash can?
Definitely! Carnivorous plants are wicked cool!
How about equip able musical instruments?
We would have to consider the best implementation of this idea were we to do it. Are you whacking something over the head with a lute? Bashing them with a harp? Poking them with a drum stick? Instruments as weapons might be a tall order, but perhaps as an accessory slung over the back like the quiver could work. Stay tuned!

For the billing support at support@ultimaonline.com to sufficiently verify ownership of an account you wish to recover, information that is currently set on the account has to be verified. Please note that account recovery requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a secret word is saved on the desired account(s), we will be happy to provide the secret word hint(s).
Accounts that have been closed within the last year require the secret word and 2 pieces of information.
Accounts that have been closed for more than a year require only the secret word, if a secret word is not set then 3 pieces of information are required.
Information used for verification are as follows:
- Account name
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Key codes
- Payment information (CC)
- Date account was open/closed
- State/country

PASSWORD ISSUES
To reset your password you must first understand which type of account you are resetting the password for.
EA Accounts, Mythic Master Accounts, and Mythic Product / Game Accounts all have separate individual passwords. All of which you can reset at our Account Center at https://accounts.eamythic.com/.

EA ORIGIN – ORDERS, CODES, AND THIRD PARTY RESELLERS
Sovereigns Coin Codes purchased from EA Origin have to be redeemed on the Account Center; you cannot enter these in game.
Sovereign Coin Codes that have been redeemed are bound to the EA Account they were redeemed on and are only usable by the accounts linked with that EA Account; Sovereign Coin currency may not be transferred.
If you are having issues with your EA Origin purchase, follow this link to resolve the issue.
CODE PURCHASE DELAY
You may have noticed that Origin Store purchases made did not arrived as expected. The Origin Store enacts reviews on all transactions to safeguard against fraudulent purchases, and these reviews may take up to 72 hours. Unfortunately our Billing department is not able to expedite or circumvent this process. However, players who have questions or concerns regarding a store purchase can contact Origin Support for assistance using the below steps:

3) Select issue*
4) Click on “Select contact option“
5) Sign in with your EA Account or click on “Get help from an advisor without logging in.” if you’re having trouble signing in.
THIRD PARTY RESELLERS
We would also like to reiterate that the Origin store is the only guaranteed provider of codes for Ultima Online. The validity of a code purchased from a third-party seller (be it a friend, in-game acquaintance, or recommended site) cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, any codes we find to have be fraudulently obtained will be disabled and an account that applies any of these codes will have that code removed from said account. This can result in the loss of game time, character slots, expansion access, Sovereigns (and the items purchased with them), in-game items and more. Please be advised that we cannot assist with any issues stemming from codes purchased via non-Origin means; you will be required to contact the vendor from which you purchased the code for further assistance.
