Publish 98 Hotfix

Beginning with European shards this evening, 8/16/2017, and continuing with all shards tomorrow, 8/17/2017, we are in the process of deploying a server crash fix to all shards during regular maintenance times. Once the fix has been deployed to all shards, Part I of the Shattered Obelisk will be re-enabled.

We apologize for any inconvenience while we address this issue.

米現地時間8月16日（水）から8月17日（木）にかけて、ヨーロッパシャードを筆頭にサーバークラッシュに関する問題の修復パッチを定期メンテナンス時に順次導入します。このパッチが全シャードに導入され次第、「失われたオベリスク」のパートIは再開されます。

問題の解決までご不便をお掛けすることをお詫び申し上げます。
