手裏剣と吹き矢がスロータイマー（投擲）を無視する可能性があり、使用後にアイテムが適切にリセットされない問題を修正しました。

Fixed an issue where Shurikens and Darts could ignore the throw timer, and the item wouldn’t reset properly after being used.
