Happy Holidays to everyone from the Ultima Online team! We know Britannians will be busy filling Artisan Festival orders, opening holiday gift tokens, clomping Krampus, and earning their own Tabards of Virtue! With the release of Jolly Roger we are now working on our next publish. One of the major highlights will be new veteran rewards which you can preview below! Beyond that we are actively planning what 2020 is going to look like for Ultima Online. As soon as we finalize our plans we will be sharing our roadmap for comments, suggestions, and constructive feedback.
During our last meet and greet with the players of Sonoma one of the topics that was brought up several times was the action of scripters in houses and “noting” the house they were scripting in. If there is a house that is being used over and over for these types of activities it will be noted. This is not a witch hunt it is basically a tool we are using to aid in our investigation and action against those violating the TOS. Before any action is taken against a homeowner we conduct a full investigation. We want to assure you that this will not be a tool by which someone can grief you and deliberately attempt to get your account actioned. Those who attempt this nefarious behavior will be dealt with themselves.
The following are actions taken on accounts that were banned or suspended during the month of November:

Veteran Reward Preview
Here is a preview of some of the new veteran rewards coming in 2020! Enjoy new monster statuettes, an enchanted granite cart, masonry, and glassblowing powertools!

1. What are your plans to address the evasion timer and splintering in PvP?
We are engaged in discussions with the community regarding changes in testing to address these issues. Participate in the conversation here.
2. Can you make it possible so that you can copy locked down runebooks with the pen of wisdom?
This is not something we are eager to do. Our main concern is diminishing the work of those players who have invested the time and effort to create mass rune libraries by allowing others to copy their work.
3. Can you add healer locations to the CC mini-map?
This is something we can investigate for a future update to the classic client.
4. Can you investigate issues with pulling up hostile bars in the CC, such as at champ spawns and Corgul’s Island?
This issue was reported here, and we are investigating a solution. Any players with additional information should feel free to comment on the linked thread.
5. Can you make fish wafers craftable and/or stackable?
This is something we can look at for a future quality of life update!
ACCOUNT RECOVERY AND GENERAL ACCOUNT, BILLING OR TECHNICAL RELATED ISSUE
To recover an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that the Billing Support has a ticket in the system. Keep an eye out for the automated reply requesting account verification for the Billing Support Team to assist further.

To reset your password you must first understand which type of account you are resetting the password for.
EA Accounts, Mythic Master Accounts, and Mythic Product / Game Accounts all have separate individual passwords. All of which you can reset at our Account Center at https://accounts.eamythic.com/.

EA ORIGIN – ORDERS, CODES, AND THIRD PARTY RESELLERS
Sovereigns Coin Codes purchased from EA Origin have to be redeemed on the Account Center; you cannot enter these in game.
Sovereign Coin Codes that have been redeemed are bound to the EA Account they were redeemed on and are only usable by the accounts linked with that EA Account; Sovereign Coin currency may not be transferred.
If you are having issues with your EA Origin purchase, follow this link to resolve the issue.
CODE PURCHASE DELAY
You may have noticed that Origin Store purchases made did not arrived as expected. The Origin Store enacts reviews on all transactions to safeguard against fraudulent purchases, and these reviews may take up to 72 hours. Unfortunately our Billing department is not able to expedite or circumvent this process. However, players who have questions or concerns regarding a store purchase can contact Origin Support for assistance using the below steps:
1) Go here, https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc
2) Select topic* – select Orders
3) Select issue*
4) Click on “Select contact option“
5) Sign in with your EA Account or click on “Get help from an advisor without logging in.” if you’re having trouble signing in.
THIRD PARTY RESELLERS
We would also like to reiterate that the Origin store is the only guaranteed provider of codes for Ultima Online. The validity of a code purchased from a third-party seller (be it a friend, in-game acquaintance, or recommended site) cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, any codes we find to have be fraudulently obtained will be disabled and an account that applies any of these codes will have that code removed from said account. This can result in the loss of game time, character slots, expansion access, Sovereigns (and the items purchased with them), in-game items and more. Please be advised that we cannot assist with any issues stemming from codes purchased via non-Origin means; you will be required to contact the vendor from which you purchased the code for further assistance.
